Please note shipping cost is non-refundable for returns or exchanges.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please inspect your product as soon as possible after delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there are any damage. Photo evidence must be provided. Do not sign or accept the package if there are any damage to the box.
Any claim for transit damage will not be accepted beyond 48 hours of delivery.
Return/Exchange Policy
We do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds on:
- Products made to order.
- Colour samples.
- Sale items.
Please ensure your order is correct at time of purchase. Production begins as soon as orders are placed.
For in stock ‘Ready to Ship’ products that are undamaged and uninstalled, we offer a 14-day EXCHANGE ONLY, no refund. A restocking fee may apply. A request for exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving your item. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us and shipment of new replacement.
Items damaged in transit will only be applicable for exchange if we are notified within 48 hours after delivery.

Warranty
All Mayde Concrete products will be protected with a 24 month replacement/repair warranty if the product has failed its structural integrity with original proof of purchase required.
Mayde Concrete’s sole responsibility is replacement or repair of a defective product and may not be responsible for other expenses associated with a defective product including labour and installation.

Care Instructions
We recommend only cleaning with a warm, damp microfibre cloth. If necessary, use a mild detergent.
Please add wax to your cleaning routine to help protect the base sealer.
