Return & Exchange Policy

Mayde Concrete adheres to the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010. As such and as communicated on our website and in our terms and conditions, we do not accept exchanges, returns and refunds:

• • if you change your mind
  • if you ordered the wrong item
  • if you were made aware of any relevant fault before purchase
  • if you damaged products by misusing them
  • as the result of delays by any mail or courier service.

Our products are made to order and production begins as soon as orders are placed, no exchange or returns will be applicable.

For in stock ‘Ready to Ship‘ products that are undamaged and uninstalled, we offer a 14-day EXCHANGE ONLY, no refund. A request for exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving your item. Buyer is responsible for returned shipping and shipping of new replacement. 

Colour samples are final, no exchange or returns will be applicable.

Sale items are final, no exchange or returns will be applicable. 

Items damaged in transit will only be applicable for exchange if we are notified within 48 hours after delivery. 

RETURNING GOODS

The buyer will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. 

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Products must be returned undamaged or exchange request will be denied. Please ensure the items are well packaged and includes insurance and tracking.

EXPECTATION OF CONCRETE

Please read through the ‘Expectation and Characteristics of Concrete’ to ensure full understanding of our handmade products and its variances. Mayde Concrete does not warrant against damage due to improper installation or improper care as outlined in Mayde Concrete’s Care Guide. 

Please ensure your order is accurate before finalising your purchase. Production will began after your order is received and products will be dispatched upon completion. 

Warranty Policy

Mayde Concrete offers a 24 month structural warranty from date of purchase.

All Mayde Concrete products will be protected with a 24 month replacement/repair warranty if the product has failed its structural integrity with original proof of purchase required. Mayde Concrete’s sole responsibility is replacement or repair of a defective product and may not be responsible for other expenses associated with a defective product including labour and installation. 

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• • Stains, scratches, discolouration, surface or edge damage due to improper care or lack of maintenance as outlined by Mayde Concrete Care Guide.
  • Hairline cracks, minor wear and tear that is to be expected from the characteristics of concrete products.
  • Bug holes or flow lines that are a normal part of manufacturing and have no bearing on the structural integrity of the product nor deemed as defects of workmanship. 
  • Cracks due to improper installation such as over tightening or not using rubber rings on both top and bottom of waste.
  • Basins that were not properly fitted by a licensed installer in accordance with Mayde Concrete installation guide.
  • Use of products in a commercial setting. 
  • Damage due to transport beyond 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Claim after this 48 hour period will not be accepted. Please inspect your product carefully and promptly upon delivery for any damage. Please notify us immediately so we can contact the courier for a solution.  

Mayde Concrete reserves the right to void a warranty if the claim is found to be invalid or dishonest in nature.
