- Get in touch with the courier directly with your tracking information. This is often the faster solution.
Please note shipping cost is non-refundable for returns or exchanges.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please inspect your products as soon as possible after delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there are any damage. Photo evidence must be provided. Do not sign or accept the package if there are any damage to the box.
Any claim for transit damage will not be accepted beyond 48 hours of delivery.
Lead Time
All of our products are handcrafted and made to order. Our current lead time is approximately 3 weeks from date of purchase to dispatching from our warehouse. Please get in touch with us if you require our products sooner and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
